He removed the original sealant, sanded down the treads to their core, applied his magical touch and resealed the treads. He returned 1 week later to add 1 final coat of sealant, as arranged.

4. Alex is RELIABLE. The guy never let me down and even if he was a few minutes delayed in rain, he gave me a heads up.

5. Alex is PASSIONATE. He is highly knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with customers. He has a keen eye for detail to ensure the job is 100% perfect so that he himself has ticked off that the job is done to the highest standard. He even went the extra mile and gave my wife and I a specially formulated tread cleaner as a gift, so we can ensure the stairs look like they do now.
